The new Mandala embodies the evolution of the No-Edge™ family. Facilitating the fluidity of natural climbing movement in a way only No-Edge™ can offer, the Mandala has a high performance heel shape, a single reinforced strap, and an ultra sticky rubber coated toe box to offer inspiring security and confidence when footwork involves advanced heel and toe hooks and heel-toe cams. Minimal materials separate your foot from the stone to ensure high levels of responsiveness and feedback for demanding low percentage moves. The Mandala’s design offers optimized performance on the most complex routes, while ensuring the toe box adapts perfectly to establish supreme grip on the worst footholds imaginable.

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Western Indonesia Time will ship the same business day. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 2:00 p.m. will ship the next business day.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Bandung, West Java. To find out the estimated delivery date, simply add a few cool items to your shopping cart and enter your zip code. Our shopping cart will display shipping options and delivery dates tailored to your order and zip code.
Although we strive to provide accurate delivery time estimates based on information provided by our shipping partners, delivery times may vary depending on various factors, including delays from shipping partners, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery. Please note that some items require a signature for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information once your order has been processed for shipment. We offer free standard shipping with a minimum order total of IDR 500,000 to 38 provinces in Indonesia: Shipping costs are adjusted based on your shipping address and the weight/dimensions of the items in your order.
Express Shipping: We offer several express shipping options. If available to your address, these options and charges will be displayed at checkout. The charges are customized based on your delivery address, and the weights and dimensions of the items in your order. We do not mark up express shipping charges; instead we pass along our best volume discount to our customers.
PO Boxes: Shipping to PO Boxes is available and the charges are customized for your order based on the weights and dimensions of the items in your order.
APO/FPO Addresses: Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is available and the charges displayed at checkout are based on the weights and dimensions of the items in your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery time to military addresses. Once delivered to the primary military post office, the package is under the control of the military mail system. Your order should arrive in about the same amount of time as other packages from the Indonesia. (in most cases 7-14 days). The actual transit time depends on where you are stationed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
