Dragonfly OSMO™ offers an ideal balance of weight and livability in a freestanding tent, and it’s now made with NEMO’s proprietary OSMO™ fabric for enhanced performance and sustainability. Several years in the making, our OSMO 100% recycled composite fabric is PFAS-free, repels water 4x longer, and stretches 3x less when wet — all while boasting a 20% increase in strength compared to similar fabrics.
Dragonfly OSMO features generously sized doors and asymmetrical vestibules for easy entry and access to bulkier gear. Inside, a gear loft and gear pockets keep belongings neatly stored and out of the way, while an overhead Nightlight Pocket™ casts headlamp light with a warm, even glow. Best-in-class, durable Y stakes and Jake’s Foot pole clips are included to make the pitching process even smoother and more secure. Our updated Divvy Cube™ stuff sack allows for easily splitting the weight with a partner and stows more efficiently in your pack.

The Halcyon team takes pride in preparing and shipping your order quickly—we want to get your cool gear to you as soon as possible so you can hit the trail! Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. Western Indonesia Time will ship the same business day. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 2:00 p.m. will ship the next business day.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Bandung, West Java. To find out the estimated delivery date, simply add a few cool items to your shopping cart and enter your zip code. Our shopping cart will display shipping options and delivery dates tailored to your order and zip code.
Although we strive to provide accurate delivery time estimates based on information provided by our shipping partners, delivery times may vary depending on various factors, including delays from shipping partners, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery. Express Shipping: We offer several express shipping options. If available to your address, these options and charges will be displayed at checkout. The charges are customized based on your delivery address, and the weights and dimensions of the items in your order. We do not mark up express shipping charges; instead we pass along our best volume discount to our customers.
PO Boxes: Shipping to PO Boxes is available and the charges are customized for your order based on the weights and dimensions of the items in your order.
APO/FPO Addresses: Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is available and the charges displayed at checkout are based on the weights and dimensions of the items in your order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery time to military addresses. Once delivered to the primary military post office, the package is under the control of the military mail system. Your order should arrive in about the same amount of time as other packages from the Indonesia. (in most cases 7-14 days). The actual transit time depends on where you are stationed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
